Karun Gupta (KG) – Director and Principal Consultant
Karun brings 20 years’ experience as a senior leader within the Government, Banking and Disability Sector. Karun provides guidance and support in a number of key areas, such as organizational change and development, strategic problem solving, building high performance teams and facilitating offsite leadership programs.
Karun’s key focus is on building strong trusted advisor relationships with his clients and developing customized offering to meet his clients needs. Karun has deployed successful large workforce transformation projects at NDIA, Bankwest, and Zenitas Health Care. Karun has led large national teams of up to 2500 employees in various roles. Karun is highly credited for delivering solutions and ‘getting things done’. Karun is also highly commended on making positive changes in workplace culture and building a strong leadership team.
His passions include travelling with his wife and son, exploring different cultures and cuisines accompanied with beer or a single malt scotch. Karun is part of a Motorcycle club (52 strong) and loves the long-haul rides on his Triumph Rocket 3.

Brett Bennett – Senior Consultant (Program Manager Specialist)
Brett is an experienced transformation and operational improvement consultant with executive level experience in health, financial services, aviation operations, government and disability sectors. Driven by delivering step changes in business performance, Brett takes pride in a humanistic leadership approach and achieving outcomes through people engagement.
Brett is known as a tenacious and energetic problem solver; Brett has helped deliver large transformation projects with strong returns.
On a personal level Brett has curiosity about anything and everything and is the eternal optimist. Outside of work his passions are his family, skiing (snow & water) sailing, multi-sport events and the great outdoors.

Paul Brown – Process Improvement Specialist
Paul is a lean Six Sigma blackbelt and has worked in continuous improvement for over 10 years. Paul has led organisations to engineer process redesign, business transformation and robotic process automation across Health, Insurance, Government, Sporting Organisations and Universities.
Paul has qualifications in Prince2, Agile, B.App Sci (Psychology), Lean Six sigma and currently studying an LLB at University of New England.
Paul is a part-owner of a Pub in Eaglemont (bucket-list item). Paul enjoys footy and soccer.

Shiran is a commercially astute and experienced business / IT professional who has built a successful career specialising in IT transformation and business unit cost optimisation. He has led high performing teams in several sectors including professional and financial services, banking, manufacturing, retail, and government agencies with over 20+ years of knowledge.
Shiran’s expertise includes technology consolidation, transformation, IT innovation and strategy, IT enablement and cost reduction, IT operations and governance, project management, Cyber security risk management and mitigation, vendor sourcing and relationship management. Shiran has proven experience in balancing the duality of operational management and executing strategy effectively.
Shiran’s portfolio and achievements include:
- Former member of the Technology Advisory Board for an ASX listed IT service delivery organisation
- Former Advisory Board member for the Smart City project – one of the largest telecommunication providers in Australia
- Former Advisory board member for a top tier enterprise ERP solution provider

- participation in several venture capital investments and due diligence activities for ASX listing and divestments
Shiran enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Shiran loves being on the Golf Course and coaching his son.

Sue Durukan –Environmental Engineer – ESG Expert
Sue is a passionate Environmental leader with 22 years’ experience leading companies to drive management solutions for Environmental and Social governance topics. Sue has experience abroad and within Australia on ESG investments across environmental and financial trends.
Sue commenced her career in local government moving into state government then international consultancies on water and infrastructure projects. In latter part of her career Sue spent twelve years in senior leadership roles in international testing, inspection, and certification of companies.
With her depth of knowledge and experience she now assists clients in Environmental, Social and Governance topics including Health and Safety and Quality.
Sue is married with one daughter and loves travel.
